Specialty Systems

Electrostatic Dissipative System

Our Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) system is a specialized coating that is used in environments where electrostatic control is a must. We have several ESD systems that are designed to dissipate the static charge caused by the movement of people, equipment, and high-speed manufacturing and assembly equipment These low odor systems deliver a tough, seamless, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and maintain. This system has excellent impact and abrasion resistance that makes it ideal for environments where production and traffic areas receive high amounts of abuse.  Some of these systems also offer a blended cycloaliphatic amine curing agent that exhibits good UV and chemical resistance.

Antimicrobial System

This system is perfect for those environments where bacteria and microbe growth threatens production. Our Antimicrobial Floor System achieves multiple, dense layers of protection with a system that penetrates up to 6″ deep into the concrete . The antimicrobial properties of these products will remain effective for the life of the system, even after repeated washings, sanitizing and decontaminations. The quick turnaround time minimizes facility downtime which in turn saves the customer valuable profit.  Our systems require minimal maintenance and are easy to clean.  These systems also include impact resistance and resistance to chemical and thermal shock. These systems come in a variety of colors and also offer the option of decorative quartz or vinyl chips for a more aesthetically appealing floor.

Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) System

Methyl Methacrylate, most commonly known as MMA, offers a wide variety of solutions with many different applications for decorative, heaving manufacturing and commercial environments.

MMA can offer standard colors, quartz, flake, stains and resurfacing self-leveling fillers. Its bond is tenacious and each coat care cure in 45 minutes or less offering very quick turnaround. Due to these systems being fast curing and temperamental to airflow and temperature, only and experienced crews should install these systems.

MMA systems offer many benefits including fast cure, as stated above, chemical resistance, UV resistance, NSF registered, seamless (no joint) and a wide temperature range (-20 degrees to 80 degrees) for install.
